These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of ForgeDocs (“the Product”). By purchasing or using ForgeDocs, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully. They’re short, and they exist to protect both you and us.

License

When you purchase ForgeDocs, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code.

What you can do

• Use ForgeDocs on unlimited personal projects
• Use ForgeDocs on unlimited commercial projects
• Use ForgeDocs for client work (one license per client project is not required — see below)
• Modify the source code to fit your needs
• Combine ForgeDocs with other tools, libraries, or frameworks
• Deploy ForgeDocs to any hosting provider

What you cannot do

• Resell ForgeDocs as a template, theme, or starter kit
• Redistribute the source code, in whole or in part, to anyone who has not purchased a license
• Share your license or files with others
• Claim ForgeDocs as your own original work
• Use ForgeDocs in a product whose primary value is the theme itself (e.g., a theme marketplace)

Client work

You may use ForgeDocs to build websites for clients. Each client project counts as one of your unlimited projects. You do not need to purchase a separate license per client.

If your client wants to continue using ForgeDocs after your engagement ends, they should purchase their own license.

Pricing

ForgeDocs is available in two packages:

Prices are in USD and are subject to change. The price you pay at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because ForgeDocs is a digital product delivered instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds once the source code has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund only if:

• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge)
• The product file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement
• The product was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase

What does not qualify for a refund

• Change of mind after purchase
• You decided to use a different theme or framework
• You could not install or configure the product (support is available — contact us first)
• You expected features that are not listed on the product page
• You deployed the product to a live site and later changed your mind

How to request a refund

If your situation matches one of the exceptions above, email creativebydre@gmail.com with:

• Your Gumroad order number
• A description of the issue
• Screenshots or proof if applicable

We’ll review your request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse.

We’re happy to answer questions before you buy. That’s the right time to ask — not after.

Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime updates to ForgeDocs at no additional cost. When we release new versions — whether bug fixes, new features, or compatibility updates — you’ll receive them free.

Updates are delivered through Gumroad. You’ll get an email when a new version is available.

We are not obligated to release updates. We do so because we want to keep the product useful, not because the license requires it.

Support

Support is provided via email at creativebydre@gmail.com.

We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days. Response times may be longer during holidays or periods of high volume.

Support covers:

• Installation questions
• Bug reports
• Feature clarifications

Support does not cover:

• Custom development work
• Third-party integrations beyond what’s documented
• Code modifications you’ve made

No Warranty

ForgeDocs is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That ForgeDocs will meet your specific requirements
• That ForgeDocs will be error-free
• That ForgeDocs will work with every third-party tool or service
• Any specific Lighthouse score, performance metric, or SEO result

We provide a clean, tested foundation. Your results depend on how you use it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeDocs and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for ForgeDocs.

Third-Party Services

ForgeDocs integrates with or references several third-party services, including Gumroad, Formspree, Cloudflare, and Google Fonts. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of ForgeDocs after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

If you’re outside Indonesia, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for any disputes related to these Terms.
